Police investigating second incident at St. George's convenience store

The Bay St. George RCMP are investigating another break, enter and theft at Chubb's Convenience in St. George's.

Police say the incident occurred early in the morning hours of Jan. 24; with an undisclosed quantity of cigarettes stolen.

Police believe this break, enter and theft is related to a similar incident at the same convenience store during the early morning hours of Jan. 18.

If anybody has information regarding these break, enter and thefts, they are asked to contact Const. Chris Hastie of the Bay St. George RCMP at 709-643-2118 or Newfoundland and Labrador Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (1-800-222-8477).
