Two Stephenville minor baseball players are heading to the Peewee AA Atlantic Baseball championships.

Dawson Drake and Ryan Kendall were invited to play the provincial AA Baseball championships with the Pasadena Pirates last weekend. The team went undefeated throughout the tournament beating out Conception Bay North 12-1 for the provincial title. The team will now be heading to Nova Scotia to compete in the Atlantic championships Sept. 16 to18 representing Newfoundland.
