The second annual Toby Colombe 5-km run and walk will take place at Blueberry Hill in St. George's on July 30.

Registration is at 1 p.m. next to the arena and the run will begin at 2 p.m. The route starts near Toby's home in Shallop Cove and ends at Blueberry Hill.

Participants can get dropped off at Brakes Road or take the bus to the start line after registering. All funds will go towards a tuition scholarship at Memorial University. Awards will be given for under 20, u-30, u-40, u-50, u-60 and 60 plus.  

Pictured is last year’s age group winners. Toby was a very successful runner and triathlete from St. George's who died tragically in 2007. His family will be at the finish line to welcome finishers.
